What we provide

apartminspect.sbs provides inspection findings, observations, and recommendations intended to help identify potential safety hazards and items that may require further evaluation or repair.

Our reports are based on information available at the time of the inspection and on conditions that were visible or accessible during the inspection. Different conditions, concealed defects, or future deterioration may not be identified.

No guarantee of safety or absence of hazards

You should not rely on our inspection as a guarantee that the property is free of hazards, defects, or code-related issues.

If you have concerns about safety, you should consult qualified professionals and/or follow applicable laws, standards, and professional guidance for your jurisdiction.

Not official code certification or authority

Our service does not provide official certification, approvals, permits, or determinations by a government authority. Our recommendations are not a substitute for required inspections, permits, or certifications where mandated by law.
